"Love Don't Cost A Thing" actor and host of "Yo
Mamma", Sam Sarpong has died at the age of 35.
According to US Weekly, Ed Winter who is
spokesperson for the County of Los Angeles
Medical Examiner - Coroner, confirmed that
Sarpong died on Tuesday after jumping off a
bridge.
He performed in over sixty feature films, and fifty-
five television shows, including such films as,
Carmen The Hip Hopera, Love Don't Cost a Thing,
Keeping up with the Steins, Anchor Baby, and No
Weapons in which he won best lead actor at the
San Diego Film Festival. He was a host on MTV's
Yo Momma for three seasons. He was also one of
the first Black male model for designer Tommy
Hilfiger and was the face of the brand for over six
years.
